In the United States alone, just 13% of workers say they find their work meaningful, and
a mere 20% think they’re in jobs that use their talents. 
Recent Gallup research finds that only about one in four employees “strongly agree” that
their manager provides meaningful feedback to them.

Only 15% of the world’s one billion full-time workers are engaged at work. It is significantly better in the U.S.,

at around 30% engaged, but this still means that roughly 70% of American workers aren’t engaged.
