    1. If its the store near me Chris, and they come up short, it wasn’t me, I promise!! 😉 have a great day buddy!

  1. …leave as much of myself behind as possible so there’s room for my team to bring as much of themselves as they can.

  2. 1. Get others to do great work.

    2. Act like I want others to act. A good leader sets the standard.

    3. Write a newsletter. Sometimes I have to do things I don’t enjoy. This is one of them.

  3. Admit my mistakes and show the team how to learn from them.

That’s specific for today because that’s the reality of this morning for me and our team. For a broader answer, my job is to adjust to what’s going on right now, be available, and lead accordingly. Loving all the other comments here as well. 🙂

  4. . . . to get off the internet and out into the studio so I can finish that commission and make that phone call to see it a muralist has been chosen for that job and if it is me. (Oh how I wish I had people for this).

Leader? No, just getting my work done.

  5. My job as a leader today is to lead. To back away from the grind, and look out at the big picture.

My job today as a leader is to also make sure I am delegating effectively.

  6. Every Friday is praise reports (for the highs of the week) and prayer reports (for the lows of the week). So I go around to me team a collect these so we can praise or pray!
