Great point – easy to get caught up in completing the project and not focus enough on your team. Good reminder.

That’s specific for today because that’s the reality of this morning for me and our team. For a broader answer, my job is to adjust to what’s going on right now, be available, and lead accordingly. Loving all the other comments here as well. 🙂
