Talk To Me

Today is the last day of EntreLeadership taught by me here in Nashville. (ECL) Let me say that we have ANOTHER fabulous group. Between sessions, there have been some incredible questions.

Like, “If I don’t have the culture I want with behavior, attitude, and work ethic, how do I go back and fix that?” Or, “What are the top 3 characteristics that you look for in a team member?” Amazing stuff!

As you can see, I’m not answering those right now. 🙂 Here’s what I want to know, what are your questions. What would you love for me to answer. Click comment and fire away! I just may turn your question into a post.

  1. I second the question “If I don’t have the culture I want with behavior, attitude, and work ethic, how do I go back and fix that?” Our work ethic is good, but our overall culture is lacking.

  2. Your blog posts are inspiring! Shout out to the June EntreLeadership group, Orlando was awesome. Watched 2 sets of fireworks from the farm last night and thought about the fireworks at Epcot…that will be a tough act for you guys to follow! Hope you do another Orlando event, would be fun to send people to.

My question..what are the FPU-like “steps” or “sessions” you would walk through with your team coming back from EntreLeadership. A 13-week culture of leadership, as it were? (or 13 month, planning on once a month meetings with my part-time farm team)

BTW, one of the most fundamentally “company-changing” insights was changing the terminology from “farm help” or “employees” to TEAM. (“nobody wants to be an employee, everybody wants to be part of a team)

    1. Hey Kathy, sorry it took so long to respond. I don’t have a 13 step plan, but I did write What To Do After EntreLeadership. Take a look at it and let me know what you think. I can always expand on anything. 🙂
