I beat Dave Ramsey. I’m done and outta here. Dropping the mic like Eminem in 8 Mile and moving to Tahiti.
Oh wait…still so much to learn. Guess I’ll stick around 🙂
BAH!!!!! That’s awesome!!! Great job brother.
If you’d like we can bring you down a few notches with some “insightful comments” ;0)
Bwahahahaha! (shoots coffee out nose)
Actually I think the insightful comments would bump it up higher 🙂
I love insightful comments. I am writing a post about the very topic now. It’s how I learn.
Soooo it’ll be titled “Insightful Comments” and then I guess you’ll leave it blank after that??
Man! You guys crack me up!!
Insightful? What happened to you people while I was gone??!??!!? Haha
what do you mean, “You people”? lol
Congrats, Matt 🙂
Awesome month of posts made even better by the insightful comments and conversations. Look forward to your posts every morning. Thanks for always making us think and congrats everyone! Thanks for the gift card too, Chris!
Hey all! Congrats my friends! I’m still having daily issues. With Disqus, but trying to work through! Miss y’all! I’ll get back as often as I can and Disqus will let me!
Hey, you made it to the top 10 without even commenting! That’s awesome!!!
Methinks he has a back door somewhere. Some Skroppy way of commenting that defies mere mortal understanding.
I now have a picture in my head of “Skroppy Doo” Puppy Power!!!
Thanks, Lily. Now I have a mental image of Skroppy puppy doo and it has nothing to do with power….
You started it!
HA! I may’ve dropped in the comment rank, but I’m still at the top of the list to take shots at!!
He started it!
Wow. That’s just childish.
Blame it on @twitter-516773551:disqus – that’s more socially acceptable around these parts.
I thought you couldn’t comment using your phone…
You and @jwrivers:disqus
Motion to…nah nevermind.
You two literally made me laugh out loud!
Then I’m done for the month. Peace out!!
Sure ya are….. 🙂
Haha. A gentleman never tells Bret!
Never thought of that, but now that you mention it…
Seriously, congrats. We miss you!!!
Glad to see you hangin’ in!!
It’s often just by a thread, but I am still hangin 😉 glad you guys havent forgot me or voted me off the island 🙂
That can always be arranged
That sounded like a threat… *sniff*tear* you guys haven’t changed a bit!
I’d never said we would do it, I just said it could be arranged if that’s what you would like. :0)
I would think you’d be glad we haven’t changed a bit… 😉
Thread…as in threaded comments?
He’s wise like that. Hanging by a thread… “conversation thread”.
Wow, the pun. The pun, boss, the pun.
I thought you said “often just by the thread” meaning it sometimes works, it sometimes doesn’t. Brilliant.
Been missing your comments – hope you get the issues worked out.
What did Disqus help have to say? They responded right away to my tweet and asked to report issues directly to them to see if they can figure it out. They thought it may be the theme causing some issues in certain devices.
Welcome, new guy.
Thanks, Uhh…Matt is it? You must be the servant boy here? Stand at the door and welcome people? 😉
Servant boy? What is this 1852?
Mark thinks he’s in the 1800s because his iPhone won’t let him comment sometimes–poor guy
That’s right Laura! With my iPhone and Disqus fighting like siblings I feel like I’ve been thrown waaay back to like 2006! Haha
Maybe it is 😉
I’ll have to try commenting on my phone to see if I get issues, too. By the way, Matt has tried to kick me out of the tribe twice while you’ve been gone.
Some people will always be bullies.. Haha
Only twice? Let me search the records. Could have sworn it was at least three times.
Matt I’m appalled that Chris denied you a “BAH!” for that comment, so I’ll step in…
Woot. Needed that “bah” this morning!
My life’s goal is to simply be of service (may’ve a tad overstated, but mostly true!)
Wooohooo Amazon!!!! I think I’ll buy some good books!!!!!!! Thanks Chris!!
Can you tell I’m excited? Dillanos just kicked in ;0)
Books? Meh. I’m going with socks, cause that’s how I roll.
As long as they’re cool-looking socks…
Please tell me theyre toe socks….
Theyre toe socks
Oh, so you roll your socks?
HA HA HA HA!!!!!
To store them, yes. 🙂
Oh yeah. I’ll be getting books too – have built up quite a list lately! Now the problem will be finding the time to read them all!
Same here 🙂
Me too! Wish I had a Kindle not a Nook…at least today!!
I have neither…
Feel blessed 😉
I always feel blessed 🙂
There is a Kindle app on iPhone
Maybe some Dave Ramsey books?
Oh I’ve got some great Dave Ramsey books already…
This will probably get me booted off of Chris’ site, but I haven’t read EntreLeadership yet. It’s on my list though. That’s what I would get at Amazon!
WHAT?! Just kidding!
What can I say? This is an honest community, right? It’s on my list! I never miss a podcast if that counts for anything.
Hey, don’t feel bad….I just finished EntreLeadership 🙂
Thanks, Laura. That makes me feel just a little bit better. What’s next on your reading list?
Currently reading, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
I’m currently reading Soul Detox by Craig Groeschel. But I’m looking for other leadership books as well. Obviously, I need to hit up EntreLeadership, but I like hearing what other people are reading along these lines.
No it won’t get you kicked off Jon. I followed Chris for like 3 months and the podcast for 5 before I read it 😉
Thanks, Mark. What’s next on your reading list?
I just started reading the $100 Startup by Chris Guillebeau. GREAT book so far! Definitely good so far!
I’ve heard good things about this one. Another book on my to-read list is Michael Hyatt’s Platform.
Platform is great. It’s good as a constant reference book!
I got busy in August and fell off the list! Well, I guess it’s still a great list 🙂 Great comments and advice as usual! I look forward to more great conversations in September! God bless y’all!
Here’s a rope so you can pull yourself back on the list ;0) *hands off rope*
AAAaaahhhhhh!!!!! *grabs limb of flimsy tree sticking out of rock*
I think this blog actually got MORE pithy in my absence…woooow, didn’t see that coming! Haha
Go Joel! BTW I wouldn’t use code word “baby” unless you’re making a formal announcement ;0)
Ditto what Lily said 🙂
Congratulations, you Top Tenners! (I’ll be back. . .)
Switching from Safari to Chrome has allowed me to see the comments again. It was a lonely boring month without being able to follow all your goofiness and bickering.
Chris, it was fun to hear you say “BAH!” on one of the podcasts – almost dropped my paintbrush!
Chrome solved all the Disqus issues for me as well.
can you get Chrome for Macs?
Apparently you can but it seems to be available for the newer OS. I do like it a lot. I have in on my iPad also.
Goofiness and bickering…
So true 🙂
THANK YOU, CHRIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow – I went into a meeting and came out to craziness on here! You guys are cracking me up today! Love this tribe!!
Congrats on a great month! Thanks for continuing to put out great stuff here on your blog.
THANK YOU, CHRIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shoot, that comment and the one I posted previous (of the exact same nature) didn’t show on my phone as posted. So I did it again…..oops.
Congrats guys! Thanks for adding so much to this already so awesome site. When Chris disappears from time to time its fun to see your comments! Going to a goal planning event next tuesday and on the 4th a whole profile deal on all sorts of profiles Disk included. Anyone been involved with Sandler training, have any input?
THANK YOU, CHRIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Chris, glad to be a part of the list, and more importantly, “the tribe”! Sorry I missed all of the discussion yesterday….had some OT offered at my job that I couldn’t refuse!
Chris! You are doing a great job. Keep going.
