Lesson 2:
Hiring with Excellence
Is hiring good people a challenge right now for you? Right now, hiring is tough for a lot of businesses. But, we have to realize hiring is not just filling the seat with someone who seems like they can do a J-O-B. Join us as we walk through the key steps to hiring well from the planning stages of determining if a position is even needed all the way through onboarding and the first 90 days of a new new team member with your organization. Plus, you will have access to tons of resources to help you be successful.
Lesson 3:
Business Health
How healthy is your business as you go into 2025? Do you have Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Goals in place? Do you know how to handle concerns that arise from internal and external issues. This new workshop-style lesson will guide you through how to identify what is going well (and what is not) and how to create steps that can be put into practice immediately to make a difference.

Winning Contentment
Would you say your content right now? Do you have a balanced life where you can say you are satisfied or are things feeling incomplete? Join us as we dig into defining what true contentment means for each of us and how we attain it. Plus, we will walk through a workshop to help us find out exactly what holds us back from being content and create a plan to work through those things.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most attendees come in business casual, but here's the deal - we want you to be comfortable. Since many different industries are represented, then business casual may look a little different for each person. Come in whatever you are comfortable sitting in for a few days.
First off, we will provide a workbook, pen, notepad, and more. You are also encourage to bring your own notebook and laptop or tablet (we will provide power at the table). We do encourage you to turn off notifications, though, so as to not be distracted during the event.
The event will start at 9:00 AM (Central Time) each day. On Wednesday and Thursday, we will break for lunch (included) around 12:00 PM. We will then wrap the content portion around 5:00 PM, and head to the evening activities off-site. On Friday, we will wrap around 12:00 PM (no lunch provided).
Uh, yeah!! That's one of the most important parts of this event. You do not want to miss this!!!
We will have a relaxed social event at our office on Wednesday evening with some great food and entertainment. It will be a great time to make rounds and connect with other leaders. And as much as we want to tell you what we are doing on Thursday, we can't because we have a special evening surprise that will be a lot of fun and a true taste of the Nashville area.
The main portions of the event will be held at Rolling Hills Community Church, 1810 Columbia Ave., Franklin, TN 37064. The evening events will take place at different locations (more information to be provided later).

All registration seats will receive catered lunches (trust us - this is no cheap box lunch) on Wednesday and Thursday as well as dinners during our evening events on Wednesday and Thursday.
Coffee and bottled water will also be included. Specialty coffees and drinks may be purchased for an additional fee.
