Thanks Chris, your post has been on my mind all day; I wanted to elaborate on my point. So many people think they don’t have the time or money to make a difference. They think if they’re not personally drilling wells in Africa to provide water for a village, that they’re not able to make a difference. What if you extended a simple sincere “Good Morning” to a stranger as you opened the door for them? What if you lifted their heart and they donated the money to the organization that is drilling the well. Did you not have a hand in drilling that well and saving the lives of many children? I like to think so. Like Dave Ramsey says, if you’re not an official leader in your company, then lead you’re cubical to the best of your ability. If you don’t have deep pockets to support things, do a thousand free things!!

Great video Chris! It’s so important to remind ourselves that everyday, we can and MUST make a difference. That everyday, we ARE a leader. No, we are not worried! We are glad that we have such a team of people who give their insight and encouragement to the rest of us…not just Chris! I am blessed to get gifts from Chris LoCurto, but it is not why I comment…I comment because I want to. Because I care. Because I want to share. Because I want to encourage you! If it is about being in the lead, we have missed the boat. (Not that I think you feel that way Louise! – just making a statement)
I love it, Misty! and you are so right on. Chris has a great community of commenters – and we learn from each other. I just have this little competitiveness in me that comes out in whatever I do!
Oh – and I talk a lot – so I guess I write a lot! When I comment on Chris’ blog – it gives the people I work with a break!
