  3. Joel, thanks for spreading the word on Growth Mindset. I love teaching clients about Carol Dweck’s work and the impact it has on leaders, coaches, parents and us individually. What I find most intriguing about these two mindsets is how they can be domain specific – fixed about my sorry math abilities, growth about my platform building. Awesome stuff!
