97 | Signs Of A Controlling Leader

On this episode of The Chris LoCurto Show, we’re talking about some signs of a controlling leader. This episode will help you see if you are the controlling leader. Or maybe – you work under that leader. Either way, it’s not good!

It’s dangerous to manipulate!

As a leader you have to be incredibly careful not to try and control the people around you. You are effecting those who follow you and you have an obligation to lead them well – without trying to control their emotions and beliefs.

It’s one thing to help and educate folks but it’s another thing to try and define their reality.

One of the qualities of a good leader is the ability to lead w/out having to manipulate other people.  Common sense, right?
